Hi Jen!!! The plan is to begin the email update this week or next week... We're hoping to both get the word out via email, as well as use it as another opportunity to point folks to the web site/blog. Thanks for this idea!!!

When it comes to an explanation of anger that is biblically accurate, Dr. Gary Chapman gets it right. In his book, The Other Side of Love, he teaches that anger is like one of those gauges on the dashboard that indicates that something is wrong. God wired us to feel anger when we encounter an injustice. In that sense, anger is not necessarily wrong, and that is why the Bible instructs to be angry and not sin. The problem comes when our signals get crossed and we become angry for selfish or misguided reasons. It is also a problem when the warning signals trigger an inappropriate reaction. Whenever you encounter an injustice though, you should feel angry enough to do something about it... but do the right thing. I would go as far as to say this... if you do not feel angry in the face of injustice, that could be a symptom of another problem. (Ps. 4:4a & Eph. 4:26a)
